If you are seeking help, you may either visit the Online Course Help Desk in Building 1, Room 210, telephone the Online Course Help Desk at 843-525-8344 or email the Online Course Help Desk at helpdesk@tcl.edu. You may telephone outside the normal office hours and leave a voicemail message. If you leave a voicemail message or send an email; please give us your name, the time and date of your call, the course you are having trouble with, the nature of the problem, a telephone number, or email address where you can be reached, and the most convenient time to reach you. If you are experiencing problems with the academic content of your course, you should contact your instructor either in-person, by telephone or email. |
