Photography Info for 2009 Graduates

Message from TCL’s Office of Public Relations:

The TCL Public Relations Office works with the Student Affairs division to arrange for the
services of a photographer during the College’s graduation activities.

Event Photography
At this time, TCL has enlisted the services of Scott Moody, Pro Photo, Inc, 89 Arrow Road, Hilton
Head Island, South Carolina 29928, (843) 681-3686 to cover the following TCL events:

Friday, May 8, 2009: Student Awards Program, TCL Beaufort Campus, MacLean Hall
Thursday, May 14, 2009: Health Sciences Pinning & Recognition Ceremony, TCL Beaufort Campus, Maclean Hall
Friday, May 15, 2009: Commencement Exercises, All Weather Facility, Parris Island

The rates provided by Pro Photo, Inc. for TCL graduates who order photographs taken by the
photographer at these events are as follows:

5x7 - $15 per photo
8x10- $30 per photo
8 wallets, 2 5x7s and 1 8x10- $45

The process for ordering photographs will be managed directly with the photographer through
the business website at: http://www.scottmoodyphotography.com. Pro Photo, Inc. has agreed
to post photographs within 72 hours of each event transpiring; orders may be placed at that
time. More detailed information will be posted directly on the TCL web site, www.tcl.edu,
following the event(s). Orders cannot be placed before the event.
Portrait Photography

Any graduate who is interested in scheduling portrait photography may contact TCL’s Director
