Giving Opportunities

The Foundation graciously accepts contributions in a variety of ways:

Birdies for Charity: Education changes lives! To help students at the Technical College of the Lowcountry fulfill their dreams, the TCL Foundation is participating in the Verizon Heritage of Golf Tournament Birdies for Charity program. Pledges may be a fixed sum or a pledge per birdie. Any pledge will have a big payoff for TCL as we will use the proceeds for student scholarships. Download the pledge form here.

Cash or Check: Please make checks payable to the Technical College of the Lowcountry Foundation, Inc.

Please print out our gift giving form to make a donation. Submit your donations and form to our office, 921 Ribaut Road, Building 6 or mail to PO Box 2614 Beaufort, SC 29901-2614.

Credit Card: The Foundation accepts donations via credit card by clicking on the Donate button at the bottom or by calling us at 843-525-8294 and making a donation over the phone.

In-Kind Gifts: These include items such as equipment, books, and software. Please contact the Foundation office directly to ensure your gift is appropriate for College use.

Employer’s Matching Gift: Many employers will match your contribution to the TCL Foundation. Check with your employer to see if you can double your gift to the Foundation. Print out our gift giving form and submit it with your matching gift information.

Securities: Stocks and bonds are accepted by the Foundation. Inform your broker to contact the Foundation office to find out how securities can be transferred to the Foundation.

Pledges: Payments can be arranged monthly, quarterly, or annually and up to a five year period. Print out our gift giving form, include your pledge requests and submit it to our office, 921 Ribaut Road, Building 6 or mail to PO Box 2614 Beaufort, SC 29901-2614.

Trusts and Annuities: Cash, marketable securities, retirement plan, or real property can be used to establish a charitable trust or annuity. Please contact the Foundation office for more information.

Bequests: The Foundation may be considered in wills or estate planning.
